The jobs closed this week, we weren't swamped with calls but have still come out with over 500 applications across all the roles. Was hoping to shortlist before Christmas but not sure we will make it.

Our job ads went out in The Age today.
I was careful to use words like innovative and non-traditional so that we got people with the right vibe. I also put that it was a busy comminuty hub adjacent to a school and shopping precinct after all you don't want people who don't like people!
Pretty scary advertising so many roles at the same time, how many phone calls will we get?!
